What payment options are there?
You can currently pay conveniently and securely by credit card. In the future we plan to also offer purchase on account and PayPal.
What happens if the number of emails exceeds my inbox limit?
As soon as you have reached the maximum number of emails in an inbox, the oldest emails in the inbox are deleted to make room for new incoming emails.
Can I change my plan or cancel my account later?
Yes, in any case. In the case of an upgrade, it will take effect immediately. If canceled, the change will only take effect after the end of the current billing period.
If I don't like mockmail, can I ask for the money back?
We'd hate to let you go, but we fully understand that sometimes things just don't work out.
If you find that Mockmail isn't right for you, you'll receive a refund within the first 30 days of signing up, regardless of which package you chose.
Our team will cancel your account and process the refund to you immediately (although it may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account).
